Can you ever be too polite? #ootd

Hat and boots - Topshop
Top - Fashion Union
Skirt - Urban Outfitters
Coat - Zara
Bag - Saint Laurent

Excuse the mirror pic (and the annoyingly untidy floor behind me - I was in the midst of a clear out), but I just really liked my outfit today and nobody was around to take a decent ootd for me *sigh*. I must say that is one of the biggest issues I have when blogging - I can count on one hand the number of people I know that can take a flattering outfit photo. Anyway, I wore this to meet up with a friend for some shopping and a coffee. We actually ended up going to Central Perk in Liverpool - yes, it is a replica of the coffee shop from F.R.I.E.N.D.S, we actually have two in Liverpool. I ended up getting a hot chocolate with cream and mini marshmallows and it was my first hot chocolate of this winter and I am already hooked so if you follow me on Instagram I'm just pre-warning you now.
I also ended up buying some jewellery and candles - the usual *yawn* - but it's the simple purchases that keep me happy in life :)

On a separate note: does anyone else find it awkward when strangers start talking to you and then literally don't stop until you walk away? I was waiting at the bus stop yesterday and some woman started talking to me about how she just missed the first bus. I was happy to chat back and it helped the time pass until the bus came. It wasn't until I actually got on to the reasonably empty bus that she sat next to me and decided to tell me her whole life story. All I wanted to do was stick my headphones in and stare out of the window, but I could see how interested the woman was in our conversation and me being stupidly polite, I endured this tedious conversation until we both happened to get off at the same stop. On the one hand, I suppose this conversation wasn't particularly unpleasant, it was just that I wasn't really in the mood. However, I wasn't in the mood. Does this make me really rude? How would you feel in this situation?

Oh and one more thing, I saw Interstellar in the cinema the other day and it was bloody unbelievable.
