One great big catch up!

Ok, so I haven't managed to post in FOREVER, but I have been on holiday, so please forgive me. I have lots to share anyway, so hopefully this loooong post will make up for it...

So I finished my first year of uni and what better way to celebrate than go on holiday, and use up what little money I had left on shopping?!

One of my favourite purchases is my new iPhone case from Etsy:

It is my first ever purchase from Etsy and although it annoyingly did take a while to arrive, I was pleased when it eventually did come, because I love it, and according to my friends it's soooo me.

I also had the opportunity to attend a fashion show for the best up and coming designers who have now officially graduated from University of Westminster. My amazingly talented flatmate, who is studying fashion design herself, managed to get me in, as she had helped one of the designers, and was dressing the models backstage. This event was a big deal. Some of the invitations had been sent out to Vivienne Westwood, Christopher Kane, and Mary Katrantzou, plus they had some pretty famous models as well, including Pixie Geldof, so to be able to go was incredible! All of the designers were inspiring and extremely talented, and I'm sure they will all go far.

Just before my holiday, I spent a week or two back home in Liverpool which was good to be back, and spend some time away from London for a bit. I even had a lovely visit from my flatmate who came up for the weekend, and we had a good ol' catch up.

Then my holiday came around, which was so great to get away for my first holiday of the summer! I went to Majorca with my mum and sister which was such a relaxing getaway, and having been going to the island since I can remember, I knew what to expect - sun, sea, and fit spanish boys! I absolutely love the Spanish, and the boys are so good looking, we even had a hot lifeguard by the pool, so I had something to look at if I got a bit bored ha! We spent the majority of our days lounging around in the sun topping up our tans, drinking sangria and swimming, and in the night time we ate some lovely food and drank some nice cocktails. I must say, my favourite part of Majorca is Palma as it is such a beautiful place, and the shops and restaurants are great. The cathedral is incredible, and I love the little cobbled streets. We did do a spot of shopping while we were there - we weren't planning on spending much, but I did pick up a few things. What some people forget as well, is even if you visit stores that we have in the UK, the clothes in there are actually different (with a few similar pieces, obviously) and Zara in particular there was actual heaven for me, I genuinely wanted every single thing in that shop, on both floors!

Being all tourist-y with my sister. Wearing my new striped short suit from River Island!

I also bought a new pair of flatforms from Asos to take away with me:
P.S. these bad boys are also now in the Asos sale!

Ok, so it was lovely catching up with you guys! Hope you enjoyed this long awaited post! Apologies, I will definitely try and get back in to my old posting routine!
